Lake Paika Station offers unique accommodation on one of the most historic stations in the Balranald district and is 17.25 km north of Balranald on the Ivanhoe Road.
Accommodation in the restored original Workman's Quarters or Duff’s Cottage offers guests a comfortable and simple stay in a standout setting. The Workman's Quarters are situated on a peninsula of the 445 hectare Lake Paika.

Paika also offers caravan & camping sites both powered and un-powered and facilities including a camp kitchen & amenities.

Description: The Workman's Quarters offers a large communal dining and kitchen area, fully self-contained, with two electric stoves, microwave oven and two full size fridges. A large open fire warms the dining and kitchen area, there are also ceiling fans in all rooms (including bedrooms).
There are two shared bathrooms, and five bedrooms, accommodating a total of ten people and can be organised to have the options of 4 Twin Share, 1 Double Room or 5 single rooms . A gas BBQ and Camp oven cooking fireplace are available for guest use. (BYO wood).
Rates: (Minimum 2 nights stay)
Single Room (1 person): $100 per room per night
Double and Twin Share: $150 per room per night

Duff's Cottage

Description: Duff's Cottage is a recently decorated 3 bedroom cottage, located only a few metres from the Workman's Quarters and a few more meters to the Lake.
The cottage is fully self contained and perfect for families. Features include polished jarrah floor boards, 3 bedrooms (each bedroom has the option of 1 x king bed or 2 x king size singles). One bathroom, kitchenette with new stove, fridge and microwave oven. Dining/living area complete with wood burning fireplace, television and WiFi. One central A/C unit. All linen supplied. Beautiful entertaining deck facing the lake, back porch with enclosed laundry. Large lawn area, fenced garden. BBQ supplied. Pet Friendly (conditions apply)
